9 Sounds!

Okay, I had to illustrate 9 different sounds without being direct. I missed the final critique because I have..*drum roll please* scarlet fever! How does that even happen?..

Here are my final pieces:

Bezold Effect!

This one was a lot of fun for me. Pretty much you create a design, duplicate it, but change one color in the second image. I love this piece so much and I had a ton of fun doing it.

7 letter word!

For this project, I had to pick a 7-letter word and illustrate it the best I can without being too direct. I don’t like mine actually because it was digital and I kept it pretty simple. I didn’t go into detail or add shadows or anything. I’m not as happy with it as I wish to be.

Color Illusion!

For this project, I had to make two bigger squares that were different colors and two smaller squares that were the same color. When the smaller squares are put on top of the bigger squares and put next to each other, it is supposed to appear as if the small squares are different colors.

Sorry about the small space. There didn’t appear to be strokes in the blue square  until I uploaded the picture.

Box Assignment!

I also missed this critique, but basically we brought a shoebox into class. We cut a little square in the top and put a piece of paper inside. We passed everyone’s box around the classroom until it got back to the right owner, and every time someone got a new box, they had to stick their paint brush in the box and move it around with whatever color they had on their brush at the time! I had to cut out a little square of it and recreate it larger.

I know some parts are a bit off. But I didn’t quite notice until now..
